Dear PAR Payment Services Customer,

Please be advised that an issue occurred while processing the monthly PAR Payment Services billing for February 2026 which resulted in the billing file being submitted twice. The issue has been identified and solved.

To correct the issue, a credit for the additional billing amount will be issued and funded to your account on Friday, 3/13/2026. It is important not to reject the duplicate billing with your bank, as doing so will require and additional debit to be processed to offset the credit we are applying.
