What is a “change freeze” and how does it impact you? A change freeze allows our employees to enjoy time with their families during the holiday season, as well as take care of routine maintenance that is vital to keeping your restaurant running smoothly. Rest assured that day-to-day operations will not be impacted; however, we will not be able to honor change requests until after the freeze period. What type of requests are put on hold until after the change freeze? • Onboarding and Credential Testing for New Stores • Credit Card Updates (builds, operating systems) • Artwork Downloads • Gift Card Bin Ranges (if applicable) We’re still here for you -- our support desk will remain open 24/7 during this period. We will continue to ship devices during this time as well. Thanksgiving Change Freeze Dates • November 16 - December 1 • Please note: any change requests (listed above) received after November 13th will be managed after the freeze, on December 2nd. Christmas Change Freeze Dates • December 14 - January 3 Please note: any change requests (listed above) received after December 11th will be managed after the freeze, on January 4th, 2027.
