We are writing to inform you of a funding discrepancy that recently came to our attention. Due to an external issue on the funding side, certain Merchant IDs experienced a shortage in deposits on June 26th, 2026.

We are working directly with our back-end funding team to ensure the affected transactions are settled and deposited as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and are reviewing our processes to help prevent similar issues going forward.
